### Order Processing
After payment confirmation, our team will conduct quality spot‑check and special shock‑resistant packaging for your ceramic mugs. Most mug orders will be processed within 1‑3 business days. Processing time does not cover weekends and official public holidays.
We use bubble wrap and hard carton boxes for every single ceramic mug to mitigate breakage risks during transportation.

### Delivery Time
For United States customers, standard shipping normally takes 7‑15 business days after the fragile mug parcel is dispatched. Logistics delays may occasionally be caused by carrier backlog, bad weather or customs clearance factors.
Once your mug parcel ships out, tracking information will be sent to your registered email address.

### Shipping Address
Please double‑verify your complete shipping address before submitting mug orders. We will not be liable for lost or returned parcels caused by wrong or incomplete customer‑provided address information.

### Import Duties and Local Taxes
Import duties, customs fees or local taxes generated for ceramic mug parcels (if applicable) shall be borne by the receiving customer.

### Damage During Transit
We recommend you inspect the outer package and ceramic mugs right after receiving parcels. If you find your ceramic mug is cracked or broken upon arrival, please contact customer support and provide clear photos of damaged mug together with original outer package.
