### Return Eligibility

Returned ceramic mugs must stay unused, without man‑made scratches, cracks or impact damage, and must be sent back with complete original shock‑proof packaging. Mugs damaged by customer dropping, collision or improper daily usage do not satisfy return qualification.

### Returns for Personal Preference
If you want to return ceramic mugs simply because the style, colour or capacity does not match your personal expectation, the return‑shipping cost shall be undertaken by you. Please preserve the original hard carton and bubble wrap to protect fragile mugs during return transit.

### Defective, Broken or Wrong‑Sent Mugs
We recommend you inspect your ceramic mug goods promptly after parcel arrival and reach out to us with supporting photos if you receive broken, defective or incorrectly‑delivered mugs.
Prompt feedback can accelerate our claim review progress. This suggestion shall in no way limit your statutory consumer remedies for product‑quality‑related issues under applicable law.
Once your claim is validated, we may provide prepaid return shipping label, arrange replacement ceramic mug or complete full refund for your order.

### Refund Process
After we receive and complete inspection for your returned ceramic mug at our facility, we will send an approval notification via email. Refunds will generally be processed back to your original payment channel. The actual arrival time of funds depends on your payment provider’s processing speed.
